Use the htmlconverter in the jdk/bin direcoty. Your other problem might be solved when ff used jre because on the other platforms there is no problem. Still problems?

This means that FireFox (and any other browser) will automatically disable PowerPC plug-ins while you are using them in Intel Native Mode.

I'd tweak it, and then it wouldn't work in Netscape. Then, I'd tweak it again, and it wouldn't display right in Safari. I'd tweak it again, and it wouldn't display right in Internet Explorer. In the end, I got it working. But, it added days to my HTML formatting. If I were only concerned with one browser, then I'd have saved a weeks work. It's that simple.

Security Firefox was the first browser to introduce a private browsing feature which allows you to use the internet more anonymously and securely.

For everyone else, Firefox 62 is available for macOS as a free download directly from the. Firefox is my secondary browser (safari is my first) - it’s nearly back to its glory days. It’s fast and I love the new UI and its overall feeling of speed. I say ‘nearly’ in that it’s still rough around the edges in some aspects. For example, the bookmarking system doesn’t seem to have been touched for a few years and brings up an ancient looking floating window to manage your bookmarks. Mind you, Safari’s bookmarking system seems to date from about 10 years ago.

When I reproduced the problem on a STEL Mac, it appeared to append.aspx to the file. I get the same result on my mac pro at home. I also noticed that Firefox does the same thing on windows it just associates the file with java web starter by default whereas OSX will try to open it with another program. For the time being I'd recomend using a batch rename file if the.aspx extension is the problem. Namechanger 2 works well for the mac and I believe it is free.
So, you will need to leave FireFox in Rosetta mode to use it. Is there a way to avoid the extra click (i.e., have it open in Preview automatically)? Yes, before you click on the 'O.K. Button' put a check in the box that says to do this automatically from now on. Hope this helps. Displaying PDF files in a browser other than Safari requires you to have Adobe's Acrobat reader installed. Acrobat Reader installs a plug-in for each browser it finds on your system.

But, the response you get now, is exactly how it behaves on my PowerPC Mac right now when using FireFox. I found this statement at: Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 ships with a browser plugin, but it does not work with Gecko based browsers. The plugin is installed in the Internet Plug-ins folder in the Library Folder automatically. The best course of action at this stage is to delete it, and tell Adobe Reader not to check for it using the Adobe Reader Preferences. If you need a plugin for viewing PDFs, you will need to use the PDF Browser Plugin, which is free for non-commercial use. The alternative PDF plug-in that they mention is at: Now, it is also still a PowerPC program. So, you will need to leave FireFox in Rosetta mode to use it.

To display web pages, Firefox uses the Gecko layout engine, which implements most current web standards in addition to several features which are intended to anticipate likely additions to the standards. Latest Firefox features include tabbed browsing, spell checking, incremental find, live bookmarking, a download manager, private browsing, location-aware browsing (also known as 'geolocation') based exclusively on a Google service and an integrated search system that uses Google by default in most localizations. Functions can be added through add-ons, created by third-party developers, of which there is a wide selection, a feature that has attracted many of Firefox's users.
