Short version: Try to leave unchecked Outlook from the indexing locations: Long version: On Outlook 2016 Windows 10 32 bits, my problem was incomplete search results in Tasks. I could not understand why most items were found but some others no. By just unchecking Outlook from the indexing locations (and leaving it unchecked), my search worked again perfectly with the following differences to the previous behaviour: – typing the search string doesn’t start the check automatically as soon as I start typing anything: I have to press the spyglass icon to launch the search once I have written the full search string. In fact, I much prefer this!

I want to know how to delete infinite rows and columns in excel for mac 2011. I've done it before by selecting a column and then choosing shift/command and the right arrow. Question: In Microsoft Excel 2011 for Mac, how do I delete a row in a spreadsheet? Answer: Select a cell in the row that you wish to delete. Right-click and select 'Delete' from the popup menu. When the Delete window appears, click on the 'Entire row' selection and click on the OK button. The row should now be deleted. Be sure to include the row just above the first blank row and the row just below the last blank row. Hi, Not sure if this issue is directly related to the Outlook 2016 for Mac client, but all our users who have Shared Mailboxes add in their Outlook Mac client, these mailboxes DO NOT automatically receive email - the user has to manually click the 'send & receive' button. Our users add the Shared Mailbox as a separate account using their own credentials. We prefer this method of adding Shared Mailbox as it appears in Outlook client as a totally separate mailbox. For the user's own mailbox, it automatically receives email as you'd expect. But their Shared Mailbox does not receive email unless the 'send & receive' button is pressed. I've read of other people having similar issue, but the trouble shooting steps were for Outlook on Windows which, disappointingly, is vastly different to the OS X version. The differences between Outlook 2016 Mac and Outlook 2016 Windows are far beyond weird.
UPDATE: Unfortunately this issue has returned after using Outlook for a while, however closing and reopening Outlook seems to fix it again (temporarily). Time for Microsoft to release an update! Having upgraded to Office 2016 Professional earlier this month I have come across a frustrating issue within Outlook – an email with html content is not displayed correctly, the alignment is all off and a horizontal scroll bar is displayed so you have to scroll right to see any content. Whilst displaying html content should not be difficult for an email application, many users with 2016 seem to be experiencing it (see here - ).
You can, however, change how often Outlook archives, where the archive file is stored, and other options. Go to File > Options. In the Advanced section, click the AutoArchive Settings button. Choose the AutoArchive options you want or don't want. Here you'll be able to turn off AutoArchive (uncheck the box next to 'Run AutoArchive every [X] days') or change its frequency, determine how old items have to be before they're archived, and set old items to be deleted instead of moved to an archive.pst file.

Solution: Images viewed with Windows Photo Viewer A workaround for those using Photo Viewer exists: in Photo viewer, click on File, Properties, General tab then clear the Read only check. Repeat for each image.
Once, the damaged PST file gets recovered, ‘Search’ feature would start working appropriately, after that. The tool can be utilized in many different scenarios.
To show the attachments, click the paperclip again. This is a global setting, so the attachments will be hidden on every message, until you click the paperclip (or expand the header) to unhide them. Published October 1, 2015. Last updated on October 1, 2015.
